Professional biography
Yana Etkina is a graphic designer working mostly with cultural institutions. She received a BA (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire in 2016. Her practice includes work in public spaces, exhibitions, publications, and the web. She has worked with architects, artists, film directors and organizations including: Strelka Institute and Strelka Press, Moscow City Project, Qatar Embassy, Meyerhold Theatre Center, Moscow Museum, and ZIL. She founded studio holystick in 2019 and has focused on editorial design since. She joined the faculty at BHSAD as a Visiting Lecturer in 2017.
