Uteens is a new educational project designed to give 10- to-15-year-olds exposure to the whole range of creative industries as well as to provide career counseling and orientation towards the creative sector.
Uteens makes it possible to teenagers to try their hand at various creative arts — from design to filmmaking to game design and entrepreneurship.
The Uteens project is based on the University's experience in teaching creative subjects and implementing cross-industry projects, it uses the interdisciplinary approach and focuses on developing soft skills. The classes are taught by industry practitioners — designers, artists, architects, photographers, and directors. Uteens students have access to all of the University's facilities, including the workshops, photo studios, professional equipment, and the cinema theatre.
Uteens offers summer and year-round programs on the premises of the British Higher School of Art & Design, Moscow Architectural School MARCH, Moscow Film School, and the School of Games & Interactive Entertainment, Scream School.
